Once you download this off iTunes, you can play it aloud on your PC, burn it onto a CD, listen to it on headphones, probably play it on your mp3/mp4 player, and, the obvious way, your iPod.
Read Narnia?
The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis... Hmh... BellaOnline (what I used to
think was a Twilight fansite) says this:
Back in 1957 (we had no TV. Or food. Ah, those were the days!) CS Lewis received
a letter from a boy saying 'What order should I read your books in? My mother
thinks they should be read in order of publication, but I think I should read
them in reading order.' Lewis responded, saying 'I think I prefer your order of
reading rather than your mothers.' After that, they started publishing them in
the following order:
We've also got a 'browse by books' section, and all you have to do is click here. UPDATE: Yeh, that's coming soon.
We know that when you're visiting a site, it can be very annoying to have weird pop-up ads asking you whether or not you like Cottage Cheese, Chicken Sardine and Avocados mixed together, but hosting the site, recording equipment, and even broadband costs a lot because all podcast episodes are like 10 times bigger than your average thing you upload, like a YouTube video. And I also have a YouTube which I try to update every two weeks or so (click here to see my channel), so my broadband can be very slow
That would be me. I coded up the site and I'm also in charge of all features, such as the podcast. If you go to the Staff page, you can find out more about me and a few guys who help me with the site.
Wow. This is VERY hard. I love Harry Potter, Half Moon Investigations and the
rest of the Eoin Colfer, Darren Shan, Triskellion, Roald Dahl, Enid Blyton and
just about everything. It isn't much that I read a book I don't like. "Zizou
Cordar" notice the little invertive comas, Spiderwick, Narnia. I'm not that hard
to please. Alex Rider, youngbond, Lord of the Rings, anything to be honest with
you.
I don't have a favourite book, I love them all
Wrong with booKCast?
I'm not experienced in podcasting and don't know if I'm going to have to switch to an XML editor or what. could you guys tell me? I'm using HTML and I think I need something like RapidFeeds and something like snapdrive.net. Am I right?
The difference between an autobiography and a
biography?
An autobiography is written by the person it's about. A biography is not.
Ooooh. I never thought of that. We don't have anything planned, because I'm
not sure if a group of 10-12-year-olds would be allowed get a place and hold an
event, but you'd never know, really, would you? If ye get more than five hundred
people in a facebook group, we'll consider it. Only joking, you don't even have
a facebook group. Just if you want to get our attention, that's a good way to do
it.
I'm working on this, and we might have something during world book month 2009
which would take place either in Southeast Ireland or in Dublin.
